Vail Valley Partnership is proud to announce the six overall category winners for the 2012-2013 Platinum Service Program (PSP). <\/p>\n
The Platinum Service Program is a part of the Partnership\u2019s signature program, Destination Experience. PSP evaluates and recognizes outstanding customer service throughout the Vail Valley. The program is run in coordination with Katie Barnes of the Buy Spy and helps businesses establish customer service expectations, set goals and evaluates customer service through a series of mystery shops. Each business that participates in the program receives detailed feedback on the customer\u2019s experience and suggestions for improvement.<\/p>\n
The six winners represent an elite group of award winners because they received the highest overall scores in their individual categories over eight mystery shop evaluations conducted during the 2012-2013 ski season.<\/p>\n
Overall Winner: Alpine Wine & Spirits<\/p>\n
Lodging Winners: Vail\u2019s Mountain Haus & Vail Racquet Club Mountain Resort<\/p>\n
Retail Winner: Slifer Designs<\/p>\n
Restaurant Winner: Beano\u2019s Cabin<\/p>\n
Professional\/Visitor Services Winner: Town of Vail Community Hosts<\/p>\n
