{"id":4391,"date":"2011-07-19T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2011-07-19T00:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.vailvalleypartnership.com\/2011\/07\/the-show-little-league-world-series-youth-baseball-event-cancelled\/"},"modified":"2011-07-19T00:00:00","modified_gmt":"2011-07-19T00:00:00","slug":"the-show-little-league-world-series-youth-baseball-event-cancelled","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.vailvalleypartnership.com\/2011\/07\/the-show-little-league-world-series-youth-baseball-event-cancelled\/","title":{"rendered":"The Show \u2013 Little League World Series Youth Baseball Event Cancelled"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The Vail Valley Partnership and WECMRD received an email this morning from the event producer of The Show \u2013 Little League World Series youth baseball event that The Show has cancelled their tournament this week due to unforeseen circumstances with the Optimist Club (the club is the oversight nonprofit for the tournament series).<\/p>\n<p>The Show was estimated to bring over 300 youth baseball teams to the Vail Valley from July 24-August 7 with over 6,000 estimated participants and spectators.
