The Vail Valley Partnership-the Chamber & Tourism Bureau today announced the 2010-2011 Platinum Service Program (PSP) winners. <\/p>\n
The Platinum Service Program is a part of the Partnership\u2019s signature program, Destination Experience. PSP evaluates and recognizes outstanding customer service throughout the Vail Valley. The program is run in coordination with Katie Barnes of the Buy Spy and helps businesses establish customer service expectations, set goals and evaluates customer service through a series of mystery shops. Each business that participates in the program receives detailed feedback on the customer\u2019s experience and suggestions for improvement. <\/p>\n
The following businesses received an average score of 90% or higher on mystery shop evaluations conducted during the 2010\/2011 ski season. <\/p>\n
