The Vail Valley Partnership- the Chamber & Tourism Bureau today announced the winner of the Non-Profit of the Year, which help to recognize a variety of Vail Valley businesses as nominated by their peers in the business community.<\/p>\n
On November 16th, the Success Awards Committee, a group comprised of representatives of Eagle County business associations, chambers of commerce and other community leaders met to carefully deliberate over the group of nominees. Within each of the six business categories, the top three finalists were selected. <\/p>\n
\u201cThe nominating committee had their work cut out for them with over 40 nominees throughout the six award categories. All nominees should be thrilled to have been recognized by their peers and on behalf of the nominating committee and the Partnership, we extend our congratulations to all the finalists,\u201d said Chris Romer, executive director of the Partnership.<\/p>\n
It was a difficult process due to the fact that all nominees were extremely diverse and deserving of the award. The finalists are as follows: <\/p>\n

The non-profit of the year will be announced in early December; other award categories are announced at the Annual Gala and Vail Valley Success Awards. The Vail Marriott Mountain Resort & Spa will be hosting the 8th Annual Gala and Vail Valley Success Awards, a themed awards ceremony, dinner and dancing event on February 4, 2011. <\/p>\n
