Everyone is welcome to attend this virtual session on Wednesday, January 13, 2020 from 6:00 \u2013 7:00 PM MST. This session is collectively taught by the six local Conscious Transformation Trainers.<\/p>\n<p>The session includes a guided group meditation. Meditation\u00a0is proven to relieve stress, reduce chronic pain, improve sleep, enhance memory and more. Meditation\u00a0also lets you become more purposeful about your actions. It teaches you how to respond, rather than react, to situations in your life.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe mind is vast and can be a powerful tool if you understand how it works. Without training and awareness, the conditioned layers of beliefs and intensity of thoughts can take over and cause you to lose focus on what is most important.\u00a0This can leave you feeling frustrated, self-critical or confused &#8211; driven by patterns that you know don\u2019t serve you.\u201d \u2013 Mandy Benedict, Conscious Transformation Trainer<\/p>\n<p>The session will explore how your thoughts and beliefs create reality as you know it. You will learn tools and techniques to still, focus and direct the mind, setting you on a course for personal mastery.
