The new public health order is similar to past orders, but integrates Protect Our Neighbors, Safer at Home, and Stay at Home orders together, and it makes a series of technical updates requested by stakeholders. It goes into effect at midnight, Nov. 3.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Among the most significant changes, the public health order:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li dir=\"ltr\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Updates the dial levels to be <a href=\"https:\/\/url.emailprotection.link\/?bLs5oo1_6h1cFVuCCWttI0VOsZtwtnwa60OgEnFbEJqXhgj8eARUUG34vnNNjOQFIHW_y4DGdkk-xEs5xI2lJEgbsUtAKwbLuQlPmkjdJaWOCzHFSDx6qSPOjmBykEw0atBrhlNn4jlcRuZZodXlJvtHytHQA07JyI7oy-uuF8_qH8dmUEtgPPZlwA0qxSYBSbsTAXp0U-u8R8y6ov4qWiPn4kUkKuvHY3qCTwSYyrT4p5xwnnHQDOI4btnMtLG1oFq9w51dAkMsWrAHByxEi9dSlVS5qQ19Sm0JXkmliAqkblQWcwmDEe44FxzQlfHFl7f5GS8DgV-ndF21LgdOkdajd31i4zJniBRQ5wDHK7qIo7vAA0_o7Rqd8QxFRsERX1jG4ACZo-FlV1gLBdtB4-p1SlrOLIBOMPM9gAVT2bB0~\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">identified by color<\/a> by removing the numbers from the Safer-At-Home levels. This change is intended to be more easily understood by Coloradans already accustomed to existing color-coded warning systems.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li dir=\"ltr\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Limits gatherings to no more than 10 from no more than 2 households for levels Blue, Yellow, and Orange, and prohibits gatherings for Red.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li dir=\"ltr\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Specifies that places of worship do not need to use the spacing calculator for seated events, consistent with other sector guidance, in all Safer at Home levels. Seated parishioners should be at least 6 feet apart from other households.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li dir=\"ltr\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Emphasizes that outdoor worship is always permitted.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li dir=\"ltr\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Changes indoor event guidance in Level Orange: Safer at Home, High Risk to be 25% of posted occupancy limit or 50 people, whichever is fewer.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li dir=\"ltr\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Changes outdoor event guidance in Level Orange: Safer at Home, High Risk to be 25% of posted occupancy limit or 75 people, whichever is fewer.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li dir=\"ltr\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Includes in-person learning for preschool through grade 12 schools as part of the \u201cCritical Business\u201d definition.
