and the need to as quickly as possible slow the spread of the virus,<strong> Governor Polis signed\u00a0<\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/url.emailprotection.link\/?bl1YUglVgpAuC-4kuRJINJY4cOFcFyLRH3xScEIe3YWRxnYeQNrKPYnF6o2_3FfiTjXUyTgRIjz8Qijp0qcmzkkb6hOm79WUksNPYf5qtAPclHVDjlea6hIDQh5vMJ70ycAq81q__H7ABCUIhyQ4CuEEpfai68oa4T9ZbP_wrMbhzky5efxqcwBTZ_B3kaazoPxHyxV8rWFq4tLp8IeVmYQ~~\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Executive Order D 2020 138<\/a>,\u00a0a mandatory statewide mask order that goes that went into effect at midnight on July 16, 2020, and will be in effect for 30 days &#8211; it may be extended.<\/p>\n<p><strong>The order requires people in Colorado who are 11 years and older to wear a covering over their noses and mouths:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>When entering or moving within any public indoor space.<\/li>\n<li>While using or waiting to use public (buses, light-rail) or non-personal (taxis, car services, ride-shares) transportation services.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>People who do not have to wear a mask include:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>People who are 10 years old and younger.<\/li>\n<li>People who cannot medically tolerate a face covering.<\/li>\n<li>Children ages 2 and under should NOT wear masks or cloth face coverings.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The executive order states indoor businesses must refuse service to people who are not wearing masks.\u00a0\u00a0<strong><u>Licensed businesses are at risk of losing their license if they do not enforce this mandate.<\/u><\/strong>\u00a0\u00a0Businesses must post signs at entrances that instruct customers they must wear a mask when entering or moving around inside the business.<\/p>\n<p>Below are links to signs created by the State regarding the statewide mask mandate:<br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/url.emailprotection.link\/?bJiPS8rKHK1c-ujrr-xzN40Q10Zf1epmYFZU5B0HGqS_sFpU9rYAlARPMZ3PZpiFjzegtRPiXqWlou29VbyoZIrw_z2iUcQOuSCuywNyV0nHcbFeMYjLkGe_fybSSkDJEw5dbMK4eWpinGRp5ei_1COv1O9WVcxHzx8gKh0Q3P7RoRwDalYAMOzhBBro4vD4RMXTS5FqTY5Eq17OO2oXZlg~~\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">State of Colorado &#8211;
