Governor Issues Order Requiring Hotel Employees to Wear Masks at Work<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Yesterday, Governor Polis issued an Executive Order<\/a> requiring that workers in critical businesses as defined in Public Health Order 20-24<\/a> – hotels are included <\/u>– where workers interact in close proximity with other employees or with the public to:<\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Wear medical or non-medical cloth face coverings that cover the nose and mouth while working, except where doing so would inhibit that individual\u2019s health; and<\/li>\n
  2. To the extent possible, wear gloves when in contact with customers or goods if gloves are provided to workers by their employer.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    CDPHE will issue the order later today and it goes into effect on Monday, April 20th<\/strong> and will remain in effect until May 17th, unless extended.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n\n\n\n
