Administrative Coordinator Job\nDescription<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The\nmission of the Eagle Valley Land Trust (EVLT) is to protect forever the lands\nwe love, to preserve our heritage, scenic beauty, recreational opportunities,\nand wildlife habitats, and to build a permanent legacy for future generations. Partnering\nwith landowners and grant funders, EVLT has already conserved nearly 11,300\nacres of such lands and hopes to conserve another 20,000 acres by 2026.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

General Job Description: <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Reporting\nto the Executive Director (ED), the Coordinator manages the day-to-day\noperations of the office with significant autonomy and decision-making\ndiscretion and supports staff and the Board of Directors as directed by the\nExecutive Director. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Principal Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. General – Order office and printer supplies, receive,\ndisperse, and send mail; copy, print, and scan; letter writing and\ncorrespondence; maintain office files and archives; maintain EVLT\u2019s\nadministrative forms, policies and procedures; maintain EVLT calendar; other\ngeneral clerical and administrative work.<\/li>
  2. Board of Director Administration \u2013 Communicate\neffectively with Board members; collect, maintain and update board forms, files,\nand handbook documents; coordinate new board member orientation; manage\nlogistics of board and committee meetings; take minutes for meetings as\nrequested. <\/li>
  3. Events \u2013 Assist with all aspects of event preparation,\nsuch as tracking RSVPs, ticket sales, table assignments, supply orders,\nexpense\/income tracking, coordination with caterers; provide event day support.\n<\/li>
  4. Communications – Assist other staff with editing including\nsocial media posts, web site, advertising, and newsletters.<\/li>
  5. Fundraising \u2013 Manage database entry, mail merges, and\nmailings.<\/li>
  6. Financial \u2013 Manage financial activities including\ncollecting payments, billing, filing, making bank deposits and coordination\nwith bookkeeper.<\/li>
  7. Technical \u2013 Oversee telephone, printer, computer,\ncloud backup\/hard drive backup, etc. system maintenance and repairs. Manage email\/computer\naccounts.<\/li>
  8. Operations \u2013 Manage insurance, benefits, accreditation\nand certification renewals, human resources benefits administration, coordinate\nLand Trust Alliance Re-accreditation.<\/li>
  9. Other job-related tasks as assigned by the ED.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n
