NEXT Vail Valley is a program of Vail Valley Partnership designed to support and advance emerging professionals in our community. This program aims to serve professionals with a \u2018mentee\u2019 mindset who seek to learn from and be inspired by established community leaders in the valley while connecting with other emerging professionals.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

As the first two NEXT Vail Valley groups are set to graduate in June 2016, VVP is excited to announce the start of Session Two, which will run from July-December 2016. Thank you to those community leaders who will be participating for this session:<\/p>\n

Group 1:
\n\u2022 July 2016- Elaine Kelton, President, The Kelton Group
\n\u2022 August 2016- Chris Jarnot, EVP and COO, Vail Mountain
\n\u2022 September 2016- Virginia Egger, Town Manager, Town of Avong

KT Bell, Sales and Marketing Director at Nova Guides, was a participant in Session One of the program. When asked about the program, Bell responded, \u201cThe stories from the community leaders are motivating. I feel like I have had management theories and skills reinforced\u201d. Bell added, \u201cI have more confidence to make mistakes and learn from them rather than having a fear of making mistakes. I have also gained a greater ability to connect with peers\u201d.<\/p>\n

NEXT Vail Valley is available to any age range and any industry sector, as long as you enter into the program ready to learn.
