Alliance Moving Systems announces it has added document storage and shredding services to its moving business in Gypsum. This new addition, Alliance Record Services, now offers a convenient storage location within its 15,000 square foot warehouse, as well as its own locally operated shredding service.<\/p>\n
Storage space in offices is becoming more scarce, but a secure local solution is now available for Eagle, Garfield, and Summit Counties. Clients can store and have easy access to their documents in Alliance\u2019s warehouse, conveniently located near the Eagle County airport. Documents can be brought to the warehouse or picked up, as requested by the customer.<\/p>\n
Documents are stored in containers and are inventoried and secured in Alliance\u2019s 3-story tall warehouse, which has 24-hour centrally monitored security and video systems, fire suppression systems, motion detectors, and smoke and heat sensors. Access to documents is determined by the customer, to which Alliance strictly adheres. Documents can be removed, added to, and re-filed within the established access limits.<\/p>\n
A new shredding service is also locally available. Shredding by Alliance allows for sensitive documents and papers to be destroyed, under the direction of the client. Alliance provides the client with convenient locked bins and consoles for use at their own location, with pickup service scheduled on a weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly basis. Alliance has its own shredding truck, which is self-contained for safety and privacy. Once documents are destroyed, a certificate of destruction is provided to the client. Shredding on an as-needed basis is also available at the warehouse.<\/p>\n
